Founders' Story

Founded on the principles of good work ethic and a drive to create opportunities for success in a down economy, Quest Preservation was built not just to be a profitable company, but also to serve and improve communities hit hardest by foreclosures. Quest Preservation opened its doors in January of 2009 during one of the worst recessions our country has experienced since the Great Depression. As recent graduates of California State University, Fullerton, the four friends-turned-business partners – Cyrus Kennedy, Kevin Merrett, Andrew Nikeli, and Meilad Rafiei – made it their mission to thrive, taking on any challenges presented by clients to rehabilitate any property, increasing values. Honing their skills with each project, Quest Preservation is now working even closer with local communities through government-sponsored programs, Restore in LA and the Los Angeles Housing Department, to revitalize the most underserved neighborhoods in the area.

Quest Preservation looks forward to a bright future providing more job opportunities to fellow hardworking Americans who are looking to do an honest day’s work and improve the communities in which they live.
